Initially focused exclusively on lifts and generators, the company grew significantly through the collective efforts of its leadership. During its early days, the company gained confidence and substantial momentum, thanks to the relentless endeavor of its founders.

Over time, as key directors stepped away from their roles, Macaw faced various challenges. The Managing Director, demonstrating unwavering commitment, juggled his responsibilities by also working a job to sustain the business. His dedication, supported by contributions from Mohammed Mohiuddin Patowary, former Chairman of Macaw Elevator Ltd. and now the Managing Director of Ovi Developers Limited (ODL), helped maintain stability and growth.
